Once you register on our website, you will receive an auto-email with your payment receipt. If you register for a webinar or live virtual class, you will receive an email from our Training Manager one week prior to the class with login details and your manual. If you register for an in person class just be sure you have a copy of the agenda that shows the dates, location and timing of the class. You can find the agenda on the registration page of the class.
Registration fees are refundable based on the following schedule:
Substitute personnel or credits toward future Zeffert & Associates trainings are allowed for up to one year.
Private training events that are canceled by the client will receive a credit up to one year.
To change or cancel a registration, email or call our Training Manager, Mandi Lewis firstname.lastname@example.org 314-915-6907.
There are times we have had to cancel training events due to instances out of our control. Most of the time the class will be rescheduled to a later date. We provide every opportunity to our students to attend the rescheduled date or transfer to a later class. You will also have the opportunity to hold your payment as a credit for up to one year to give you time to decide what future dates work best for you. Otherwise, a full refund of the registration fee will be awarded. Although a full refund of the registration fee can be made, Zeffert & Associates is not responsible for other costs incurred, such as nonrefundable airline tickets, travel expenses, etc.
If the class is in person, we will list the location of the class on the registration page. Our classes are typically at hotels so you can book your stay in the same place as the training. There are times our classes are not at a hotel though. Feel free to reach out to our Training Manager, Mandi Lewis email@example.com for hotel suggestions. Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee. We are not endorsing the hotel. Participants should make arrangements directly.
Please be sure to reach out to our Training Manager, Mandi Lewis firstname.lastname@example.org if any special accommodations or disability-related assistance is required. We request that special requests be made as far in advance of the training as possible. This helps ensure that we can best meet your needs.
