All new major changes are covered, and all attendees get a complete electronic copy of the most current HUD handbook. The exam is offered on the last day after a preparatory review. Attendees who pass the exam will receive the premier Housing Compliance Manager for HUD designation (HCM-H) along with their course certificate in an elegant, bound certificate cover.
