We are looking for a candidate with experience in the affordable housing industry to conduct audits of various programs such as HUD, Tax Credits and HOME funds. Audits will be conducted both from our St. Louis offices and at sites all over the country, so travel is required. Past experience must include some involvement in the tenant income certification process.

The successful candidate must have an HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) or similar Tax Credit designation, or be quickly able to obtain one after hire.
